Molly Pearce – Quality Inspector (Hertfordshire Repair Facility)
Joined STERIS in October 2016
Describe what a day in your job role is like:
My regular day involves completing the final inspection on all repaired surgical instruments, it is my job to reject any products that do match the STERIS and industry quality standards.
What did you do before you joined STERIS?
I previously worked in a waitressing role in a conference centre.
What is your favourite part about your role?
I enjoy the variety within my day to day tasks – I’m always kept busy!
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my spare time, I like to play video games on my Xbox, I find this helps me to shut off from the day and destress.
Anything else that you would like to tell us about yourself:
I am currently learning to ride a motorcycle, my goal is to pass my test within the next year.
